The MHS Serves Health Equity Council ensures that we invest in the areas of greatest need in Indiana, as our formal decision-making body. Through the council, we partner with healthcare practitioners, leaders in healthcare, and community leaders who understand community needs.

We target the most impactful social determinants of health interventions by leveraging data on health disparities in communities. Working with community partners, MHS Serves empowers communities to address their most pressing health equity disparities.
